Response Checklist – COVID-19 v.15 Updated guidelines for confirmed or suspected COVID-19 responses/decon

This Special Order updates the Response Checklist – COVID 19 to version 15 and supersedes version 12 that was released on 3/12/20. This updated Response Checklist – COVID 19 is based on the latest understanding of this outbreak and, as conditions change, the checklist will also be updated. The checklist contains a version number and issue date at the top of each page. This is a living document; any recommendations for improvement should be submitted to the EMS Division. Because of the logistics of lamination and the need to issue the document in a rapid manner, Response Checklist – COVID-19 v.15 will be distributed as a paper version. Please discard the laminated version 12 from used. If a laminated copy of version 15 is desired, please contact the EMS Division through your MSO.
