1 Responses to the queries pursuant to the RFP The bid queries have been responded in this document. RFP Document stands modified to the extent clarifications have been made as enclosed below. In addition, Department of Science & Technology makes following changes in the RFP bid document itself. 1 Services should be referred as enabling “Citizen Centric Services” delivered by Various State Government Departments of Gujarat to the Citizen through Mobile including integration with CSP on an end to end basis. The following features need to be integrated once with CSP (not to be considered as Service) and thereon will be common to all services: i. Citizen Login ii. Integration of existing Citizen Profile + Creation/ Updation of new Profile iii. Digital Locker iv. Aadhaar services v. Payment Gateway vi. eWallet vii. Biometric/fingerprint authentication through mobile device viii. Any other feature rolled‐out in Common Services Portal in the future. 2 IPR of the mobile app will solely lie with DST/GIL. 3 The Mobile App shall interact with CSP for all the services and there shall be no direct communication with Departmental application. 4 Department is targeting more than 100 services for go‐Live till 31 st March 2017. 5 Successful Bidders shall be called by DST/GIL for presentation and Bidders are required to give presentation along with Demo App. 6 The bidder will have to sign NDA with (DST and/or NIC in this case) for confidentiality and security of Citizen Data and provide GIL with the certificate to establish that they have signed the NDA. 7 Bidder has to Size hardware requirements as per their Solutions design and System requirements. The current user and concurrent user have to give in the reposes for Hardware sizing. The Mobile App and Server shall be tested for a volume of 1,00,000 application per day and 2,000 concurrent connection. 8 Bidder has to develop a Dashboard in order to provide certain reports to DST/GIL and other key stake‐holders and it shall be considered as a 1 service.

It is fine with the web application that youdownload the Gujarati keyboard and completealltheflowofapplicationbutwhenitcomestomobile application, many of the devices doesnot support Gujarat language so if we gowiththe current scenario in that case the wholesolution will not work for the citizen usingmobileapplication.Irequestyoutokindlyadvisetheconcernclientfor the same and make necessary changes inavailableapplication.
