youths who have drifted to gangs Programme:

6-month structured programme incorporating

Counseling, Family Conferencing, Peer support, Recreation, Academic Activities

Youth Family Care Programme

Aims Allocate mentor families to befriend, mentor,

support and encourage juveniles To place them on probation or statutory

supervision To provide hope and modeling for healthy families To help juvenile offenders and children beyond

parental control with little family support, but are remorseful about their past misdeeds and do not possess in-grained delinquent traits.

Target Audience: Delinquent youths from broken and/or dysfunctional families

Beyond Parental Control (BPC) Family Conferencing

Aims To strengthen family bonds Enable parents to better control the juvenile Encourages the juvenile to take

responsibility for his/her misdeeds Reduces the likelihood for the juvenile to

commit another offence Target Audience:

BPC juveniles
