ACTION/ INFLUENCE

• Sustainable change must be supported by the relevant structural framework e.g. laws, policies, etc. which are in most case political decision, hence the need for CS to be able to influence these.

CONCLUSION

• In working with results, planning is very crucial. If you do

not plan for results you cannot report on results.

• Delivering results is an accountability issue. The

contract with the donors is based on results.

• Sometimes what is required is a demonstration of

progress made towards results.

• The process is as important as the results in RBA.
