IBM 04/2012 – 03/2013Director, Latin America Global Process Services Account ManagementSao Paulo, BrazilIBM’s Director for Account Management in Latin America (LA) role included oversight of all IBM LA Accounts for Global Process Services. This oversight covered 14 contracts with business process services in Finance & Accounting, Indirect Procurement, Strategic Services, CRM, Mortgage Services and Human Resources. In my organization, I had 12 Project Executives reporting to me serving global, local and transition accounts 19 countries in Latin America.

IBM 05/2011 – 03/2012 Project Executive – Algar Companies Account Uberlandia, BrazilAs Senior Project Executive for Algar, I was responsible for oversight of contract start up activities, transition and handover to steady state delivery. IBM provided services to Algar in the areas of Finance and Accounting, Human Resources and Supply Chain Management. The delivery team for Algar represented over 200 employees with Delivery Project Executives for each tower, IT as well as an Integrated Delivery Project Executive. In this role I was the single point of contact with the client for all delivery, commercial and contractual responsibilities.

IBM 11/2008 – 04/2011 Integrated Delivery Project Executive – Sara Lee Account Remote Global TravelerIBM’s Integrated Delivery Project Executive for Sara Lee served as the single global executive responsible for the day to day delivery of IBM services to Sara Lee for their Sara Lee F&A, Indirect Procurement and Application Maintenance and Development Services. I had 8 Delivery Project Executives who reported to me in this capacity as well as three offshore Delivery Center Executives who were responsible for IBM resources that were located offshore. IBM had scope for these services in 17 different countries with over 800 employees supporting the Sara Lee account globally.

IBM 04/2007 – 10/2008 Integrated Solution Leader Executive – Warner Bros Account Glendale, CaliforniaI served as the Integrated Solution Leader Exec on the Warner Bros Account. The solution was a multi-tower, cross geo deal to deliver business process services in the F&A and SCM lines of business, as well as IBM's Strategic Outsourcing and AMS organizations with delivery out of 4 IBM offshore delivery centers.

IBM 01/2006 – 03/2007 Global Transition Executive – Integrated Solutions Remote Global TravelerAs Global Transition Executive in IBM, I managed a group of 12 Transition Leaders and Directors across multiple processes and projects at IBM, as well as served in the role of Program Manager for new contracts. The integrated transition organization included oversight for over 70 transition managers spanning 42 global outsourcing deals. I built a PMO Methodology for Outsourcing Services and instituted a replicable process for transition and transformation projects. I partnered with several pursuit teams on new opportunities and delivered new projects with agreed upon PMO standards and methodologies.

IBM 01/2004 – 12/2005 Transition Integration Manager – Carlson Account Plymouth, MinnesotaAs Transition Integration Manager for the Carlson, I managed a team of 10 Finance & Accounting Transition Managers across multiple projects at IBM, as well as acting in the role of Transition Integration Manager on a large $650M cross line of business deal covering Strategic Outsourcing as well as Application Maintenance Services.

IBM 01/2003 – 12/2003Business Transformation Outsourcing Competency LeadTulsa, OklahomaAs IBM’s competency lead for Transition and Transformation, I coordinated the development of IBM’s transition and transformation framework and methodology, including tools and templates. My team included 7 senior IBM managers who were tasked to develop sustainable and repeatable processes and intellectual capital to provide consistent standards for implementation on all outsourcing deals across our line of business. Additionally I served as BTO’s representative on IBM’s cross-tower Global Competency team to drive standards across all lines of business. In this capacity I served as a champion to implement a framework across multi tower and cross organization boundaries.

PricewaterhouseCoopers 01/2002 – 12/2002 Assistant Controller Tulsa, OklahomaAs Assistant Controller for PwC, I led the transition of financial reporting from BP to PwC and managed the Controllers team supporting the Business Process Outsourcing line of business for PwC. This role served as the lead contact for all monthly financial reports, forecasting processes, budget coordination and cost containment for PwC. I managed a team of 22 financial analysts supporting the BPO organization.

British Petroleum 01/2001 – 12/2001Global Procure to Pay Manager Tulsa, OklahomaI led the Procurement department in delivery services to all of BP for Accounts Payable, Travel and Entertainment Expenses and Procurement Card activities. In this capacity I served as the single point of contact for all procurement support services across all organizations for BP.

British Petroleum 01/1997 – 12/2000Strategic Planning Manager Houston, TexasThe Strategic Planning Manager for BP led the strategic planning effort for the Exploration and Production Technology Group of British Petroleum. I developed a shared service process for technology funding with coordination across all BP Business Units. In this role, I developed an internal marketing process for technology funding within BP and implemented new tax reporting processes that funded additional research efforts. The Strategic Planning group for BP was also responsible for budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, as well as governmental accounting process coordination.

Amoco Production Company 04/1988 – 12/1996Research Services Director Tulsa, OklahomaAs Research Services Director, I led a department of 80 employees that delivered accounting, purchasing, contract administration, mailroom, storehouse and cafeteria management services. I had dotted line reporting responsibilities to VP of Research for budgeting and special projects. I also served as Amoco’s Civic and Contributions Education Coordinator.
