Prepare customer PPAP’s and outline and clarify changes with customer(s). Serve as Fuel Systems’ Voice of the Customer and change management representative for

Excellence Through Quality (ETQ). o Work closely with developers to modify “off the shelf” program to meet the needs of

Caterpillar users and prepare employees for system transition with timelines and initial user training. Also make recommendations for migrating open and old work into ETQ.

Develop ETQ training material for different program applications and different audiences including logistics, production, receiving, and planners.

Collaborate with developers on the Corrective Action Preventive Action (CAPA) module for Gen 2 updates and enhancements (another ETQ module).o Provide valuable input on specific uses and needs of new computer program for the

processes pertaining to PCN, PPAP and Deviation. Partner with engineering, operations, and suppliers to identify and resolve issues, ensuring

Initiate Incoming Quality Audit (IQA), In Process Validation (IPV), Quality Gate (QG), Contamination Control audits, and Customer Acceptance Validation (CAV) audits for new product in preparation for Gateway 5.
