Experience Pro Shop Staff/Golf Camp Instructor/Intern May 2010 – Present Highlands Golf Course Lincoln, NE -‐Work 40-‐55 hours per week during the summer for internship and work 25-‐40 hours during school year depending on weather -‐Taught 40 individual golf lessons, 2 Get Golf Ready Classes with 4 people in each, and taught 2 Junior Camps with 30 kids in each -‐Ordered, received, and managed inventory by regularly monitoring inventory levels and cross checking inventory with actual stock -‐Sold $40,000 in golf clubs and other merchandise in 2015, which was the most of any employee in the pro-‐shop -‐Used Microsoft Excel to setup scorecards, cart signs, scoreboards for leagues of up to 60 players and tournaments as well as everything from cart setup to scoring of tournaments and leagues -‐Increased tournament rounds by 10% by helping market and book tournaments ranging from 12-‐200 players in 2015 -‐Callaway Product and Fitting Specialist through Callaway University -‐Updated results and scoring on website using Word Press and GoogleDocs Pro Shop Staff/Intern March 2013 – December 2014 Mahoney Golf Course Lincoln, NE -‐Worked 40-‐65 hours per week during the summer for internship and worked 30-‐45 hours during school year depending on weather -‐Ordered $5,400 in special order merchandise and sold $22,000 in total merchandise in 2014 -‐Utilized League Manager, Tournament Pairing Program, and Microsoft Excel to setup scorecards, cart signs, scoreboards for leagues and tournaments -‐Opening/Closing duties Pro Shop Staff/Intern May 2014 – August 2014 Glen Oaks Country Club West Des Moines, IA -‐Gave individual/group lessons to members and guests -‐Helped with 4 companies demo days and did club fittings as well -‐Ran tournaments of up to 175 players using Tournament Pairing Program for set-‐up and then did everything from cart set-‐up, bag drop to scoring and announcements -‐Taught Junior Golf Camps of 100 kids per day and, also did play days on the course with our junior golfers -‐Did re-‐gripping, re-‐shafting, and other club repair for members
