MBA 4 TH SEMISTER DISSERTATION PROJECT - “Leadership Styles Of Principals In Schools Of Lucknow”-

Description -Here average, mean and frequency methods were used to infer

the results using SPSS and MS Excel softwares to get answers to three

objectives of study using a standardized questionnaire of Peter G. Northouse.

Also Cronbach’s Alpha method has been used to check the reliability of data.

Summer Internship Project- “Effectiveness of training practices in Big Bazaar”

Description - In this project, to deduce the results, simple MS Excel functions like COUNT, COUNTIF, AVERAGE and PERCENTAGE were used and applied on a standardized questionnaire.

Description - Here again standardized questionnaire was used in which the fifteen likert scale statements were converted into five factors which effect the orientation and inclination in students using factor analysis technique in SPSS and the t-test was used for further inferences.
