• Maintaining Client Index Directory, Awards List, CV Grabs, Organogram, and Credentials of Business Presentation’s.

• Finance – Handling basic resources queries related to admin- purchase and completing all the relevant documents.

• Approvals through Internal Finance Software the Employees CTC, Reimbursement’s Vouchers on behalf of Management.

• HR – Conducting interviews, employee joining & leaving formalities / processes.

• Maintaining official & personal files. Responsible for reimbursements, salary disbursements, bank accounts, credit cards etc.

• Preparing and filing documents, papers, MIS reports as per requirements by Director’s within the timeframe with the support of colleague’s.

• IT/Operations – New Joiners setup for Director’s / VP/ Management Team.

• Issuing of printing & stationery to Director’s / VP/ Management Team .

• Managing Contracts, liasoning with government bodies.
