1 Drive Test and Optimization of GSM 900,1800 and 2100 network (Alcatel platform).2 Done Drive test for the new site verification like sector swap, handovers success.3 Post-Processing of drive test data and Performance Analysis of each site.4 Performing Tuning for each site after drive test analysis.5 Preparation of Rx level & Rx quality plots presentation for customer.6 Optimizing neighbour list, handover control, Cell reselection, frequency retuning. 7 Technical support to customer care department for resolving coverage complaint8 BTS hardware issues verification.9 Frequency planning for BCCH.10 Handling Customer complains (Coverage issues, Quality issues).11 Network-Optimization by drive tests, antenna tilts, antenna orientation changes and tuning
