“PALMS” is a Multi organization Application. This application supports RFID and Biometric systems. It maintains all the information about Employees. It manages employees Attendance, Leaves, Loan, Advance, Salary, Provident Fund, Professional Tax, Security Deposit, Arrears and Income Tax. Data is downloaded from RFID or Biometric device and Employee Attendance is processed. It maintains shift wise Daily, Monthly RFID as well as manual attendance. This data is used to calculate over time and charge on variable rate. This data is also used to calculate Salary increments, Arrear Calculations. Leaves are maintaining in Opening Balance. Leave Application and Out Duty Entry is also maintained.

Various types of reports are generated by PALMS such as Pay slip, Bank Statement, ESIC, PF Report, Yearly Salary Statement, Arrear Calculation Reports, Form 16 Report.

It has Backup, Restore and Theme facility. Application Security is provided. Rights are provided on event and form wise.

The objective of Phase 1 was to maintain details of various Samparc/Insieme institutes, children, projects and sponsors in the system. Technology used was JSP/JavaScript/HTML, MySQL

Phase 2:- The objective Phase 2 was to upgrade the existing system from JSP to MVC architecture using Servlet, Tomcat Server 5.1, and OS Linux serving the various operations that the business faces on day-to-day basis. This system primarily deals with the administration of the organization, its employee and the customers. It ensures user-friendly interaction between the user and the system.
