Handled a team of 7 BDMs. These BDM’s are posted in various locations and handling more than 50 SBI branches. Managed the business development for Life Insurance through State Bank driving business from 257 Branches in

Bareilly, Shahjahanpur, Moradabad, Rampur, Pilibhit, Badaun, Bijnore, J.P.Nagar&Sambhal districts. Spearheading a team of 157 CIF’s and 257 BM’s and developing relationships with Dy. General Manager and Asst.

General Managers of SBI for Driving Life Insurance Business. Against the target of 15 Cr. Till august 11, I have achieved 40 % of target and No 1 in Circle in branch activization

through group business No 2nd in CIF activation in Circle. 85 % branches are active on month on month basis.

Handled 5 Territory of Lucknow module(Lucknow, Raibareilly, Pratapgarh, Sultanpur&Amethi) My Role includes Identifying SBI staff for training as CIF, then hand holding and business promotion through these CIF’s.

FY 09-10 qualify 10 people for foreign trip (there target was 8 crore and there achievement was 11 .32 crore in FY 09-10) Qualify maximum number of CIF’s for foreign trip in entire U.P in FY 09-10.
