    Developed and implemented new business product bundles which provided customersan opportunity to combine various usage and value added services into a bundle for areduced price in exchange for a multiyear commitment.

    Duties included working with Information Technology to provide and properly bill theservices, developing marketing strategy, designing and implementing customerfulfillment documents, filing State and Federal tariffs with appropriate legal and costsupport and filing promotional tariffs to enhance attractiveness of the new bundledservices.

    Implemented a centralized training curriculum development organization to standardizetraining delivered nationwide by seven NECA regional offices.
