5.1. Background of Company
(a) MUSTEQ Hydro Sdn Bhd is a 100% subsidiary of EDEN Inc. Bhd, a public listed company.
(b) MUSTEQ Hydro is a power plant owner which is involved in the operation and generation of
electricity from the river or hydro potential of Kenerong River in Kelantan, Malaysia, for a
concession period until 2030. The off-taker of the energy generated is TNB, the Malaysia’s
utility company.

5.3. Summary of Employment Experiences
(a) Devised detail daily operations, maintenance, financial and procurement planning for the plant.
(b) Performed continuous daily operation and monitoring of the plant.
(c) Prepared the Monthly Report on the power plant for the submission to the Executive Director.
(d) Reviewed and improved various Standard Operating Procedures [SOP], Working Instructions
[WI] and Emergency Response Plan [ERP] for the improvement of plant's operations.

6.3. Summary of Employment Experiences
(a) Devised monthly operations, maintenance, financial and procurement planning for the power
plants, based on the weekly and monthly reports submitted by the LIBARAN’s and MUSTEQ’s
plant managers.
(b) Performed continuous monitoring of the power plants’ performances based on the
management's yearly planning and targets, through close coordination and constant
communication with the plants' managers and frequent visit to the power plants.
(c) Prepared the Executive Monthly Report on the performances of the power plants for the
submission to the Directors and COO.

within four months period (March to June 2015).
(b) Managed to re-energize back the plant in July 2015 after it was not in operational mode since
2013 due to multiple breakdowns and malfunctions.
(c) Managed to achieve the highest MW output ever for the plant, higher than any other outputs
throughout its 16 years of operation period.

(e) Explored the opportunity to revive the proposed 266MW Kilo-X Power Plant at Khartoum,
Sudan. The project was initially awarded to Dar-Ikhtisas, a Joint-Venture between Dar of Sudan
