Key Responsibilities: Work Shop Operations Oversaw completed operations of the workshop for a large fleet of taxis, managed supervisors and workers, ensured

equipment and machines in the workshop were operational, and compliance with rules and regulations of Roads and Transport Authority (RTA), Dubai and Ajman Public Transport Corporation (APTC), Ajman.

Responsible for creating and implementing daily service plans, assigning responsibilities, supervising vehicle diagnostics and repairs and ensuring total compliance to company policy and procedures in service operations, and also to established service standards.
