Whenever any new switch is added to any exchange, like Nokia, Ericsson, Alcatel, Axe, etc we had to develop parsers which converted binary data coming from the switches to the ASCII-readable format according to the requirements of the Client). The Switches generate CDRs (Call Detail Records which contain all details pertaining to a particular Call). Test Cases were designed & accordingly call scenarios were assigned to each case & the Parsers were evaluated according to required standards (ISO standards) BO - Supply & Procurement, Inventory, Financial, Fixed Assets & CSSD. Worked on C, C++, UNIX, Oracle, Diamond, Streamer, Inca, etc.
