Sampling: Development, SRS Fit, PP, Top & Others samples. Going through the comments & technical related issue & solving it to make most accurate sample on perfect fitting, quality, and block & as per buyer comments by discussion with technical team.

Trims: Trims Consumption, Trim chart making, trims sourcing, Trims approval for bulk production follow up with buying agent/ Buyer. Price quoting with supplier, Quoting with buyer to get clarification about exact trims requirement, Giving trims approval, Trims inventory follow up, Trims booking and ensure in-house these in time to maintain proper production flow.

Fabric: Making fabric consumption from development stage to order conformation. Sourcing fabric from buyer / factory nominated mill as per buyer requirement quality. Follow up fabric TNA with mill to get in time fabric in-house. Follow up of all fabric related approvals with buyer( Lab Dip, Wash, quality).Follow up payment.

Shipment: Follow up with planning/production/QA team & ensure shipment move on time. Co- Ordinate with Commercial team for vessel booking details, in time good release etc.

Wash: Follow up wash procedure and give approval from development to bulk production. Also coordinate washing team for cost related issue. Follow up wash approval from Buyer.

Costing: Initial & final costing & cost quoting with buyer.

SMV /Bulletin: Working with IE team to Settle best SMV / Bulletin for initial costing.

Marinating liaison with Li and Fung BD & Li and Fung INDIA.
