Responsibilities:

Configure and Implement “Oracle Performance Management” Module to demonstrate the highly dynamic, flexible, and extensible functionality offered by Oracle Performance Management. Conduct informal training for the business owners and stakeholders to introduce them to the functionality offered by Oracle HRMS Suite, and provide concise responses to their precise inquiries and questions, in a timely and lucid fashion.

Analyze, design, and configure fully automated processes in Oracle Human Resources. In addition create and develop the configuration documentation for the client to leverage in their training.

Coordinate with the team to ensure that the functionality and features included were mutually interdependent using the best business practices and will not negatively impact the design, architecture, and landscape.

Deploy AIM methodology for implementation, and continually create, update, and maintained standardized documents and templates, throughout the life cycle of the project to help support project delivery and tasks within scope, on time and on budget. Manage User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
