August 2013 — May 2017 Executive Director AF Medical Support Promoted to lead all aspects of the Air Force Medical support activity for a worldwide 81 hospital and clinic system supporting 1.7M enrolled patients. Managed human capital to ensure the right people were in place at headquarters and at 81 Air Force clinical platforms worldwide and that the development pipeline was sound to ensure the long term success of the system. Led the development and spearhead the execution of a $1.9B budget supporting Pharmacy, IM/IT, Laboratory, Logistics, Facility Management, HIPAA, Patient Administration and inter-departmental coordination between the Departments of Defense and Veterans Affairs. Served as the senior mentor to 200 Practice Administrators and Patient Administration officers across the Air Force. Oversaw the development of all TRICARE related policies and contracts. Standardized work at 608 Primary Care, Internal Medicine, Pediatric and Executive Medicine clinics.
