- Head – Construction, Planning and operations for Sahara India Pariwar for its mega township “ Sahara City Homes & Sahara Grace projects planned in a range of about 100 acres to 300 acres in different cities

- At present of about 32 mn sft real estate construction project sites of value 6000 crores are launched at seven different cities in about 700 acres of land, out of declared land bank of more than 30000 acres with the Group.

- An uber luxury mix development as residential, business district & MICE (Meetings,

incentives, conferences, and exhibitions) hospitality, educational, etc. is in planning stage for NRI’S, HNI’s & UHNI’s under Sahara Worldwide Limited.

Projects in hand of more than 65 million sft of planning, design & construction, liaison, control & management and operations which does include realty, hospitality, hospital, corporate offices, commercial and residential all over India including DBOT projects as well such as : - GIFT – Gujarat International Financial Tech-city (GIFT)- A project joint venture

between Government of Gujarat (GoG) & IL&FS consisting in about more than 886 acres near Gandhinagar, Gujarat. Planned to have more than 65 million sft of construction with mix of commercial, residential, hospitality & other services. About 10 million sft construction development shall be taken up directly by IL&FS at this stage in which about 2 million construction is in progress.

Cost of project – approx. 4000 crore under direct development

- NGS – “National games Secretariat” is the project of Govt of Kerala on DBOT model. Here an outdoor stadium for cricket as well as football of capacity 50000 persons is to be developed and maintained on international standard as ICC & FIFA norms. Time line for construction for the project is 02 years.

Cost of Project – 200 crore Client - The National Games Secretariat, Govt of Kerala - MHA – Residential units & barracks to be constructed for Para military forces in

Uttrakhand.

Cost of project – 550 crore. Client – Ministry of Home affairs, Govt of India - Alwar housing – An in house residential development in about 50 acre of land in

Alwar, Rajasthan. Achievements

Instrumental for initiation and taking forward to bid & participate for housing & building sector DBOT/BOT - central/state government projects for the Group creating strategic partnership/understanding with various firms, resulted successful entry in this sector.

Restructured unprofitable accounts and instituted financial controls by enhancing and

Recruited for construction and project management for Grand Hyatt – 5 star super deluxe hotel comprises 549 various guest rooms and 149 various service apartments with various facilities and amenities like 10,000 m2 of retail area, health club, 3 no’s of swimming pool, 4 no’s of kitchen as brassiere, network grill, Indian, veranda café, entertainment centre, grand ball room-900 seated, board room, meeting room, business centre, video conferencing meeting room, drawing room, 800 nos. car parking etc. Plot area of about 42,500 m2 with about 1, 10, 000 m2 construction and project cost about Rs. 360 crore. Concept design by international architect CSR-USA and various world leading consultants.
