Project #1: Case Management (Cisco Cloud Storage).Client : CiscoDomain : CRMDuration : August 2013 to till date.

Synopsis:

CSC (Cisco Cloud Storage) is used in Service request management to upload and download log files to SR.CSC integrates cloud storage to various case management applications (like Support Case Manager, Case Kwery Tool, CSOne). Below are few critical functionalities of CSOne application.

1. Handling all upload/download requests.2. Handling connection to database to upload file metadata, connecting to Ping federator (3rd party) to provide authentication and passing the upload URL to clients to connect to cloud storage.3. Handling Encryption/Decryption of files before uploading to cloud.4. Handling jvm to jvm connection using webservices (Layer 7).

Responsibilities:

Analysis, Coding and Debugging in Java. Effectively documenting the changes. Development and Maintenance to Cloud storage. Production Support which directly involves finance. Training new joiners in the team about the application. Working as a single point of contact for any issues related to CSC.

Project #2 : CLIP (Collaboration Learning Intelligence Platform)Client : Cisco Period : September 2015 to till date.Team Size : 5

Synopsis:

Clip is a critical escalation management tool. CLIP provides 42 types of services in which BEMS and CAP is major one. Shared functions across services will include action notification and tracking, transactional management reporting Cisco customer can use BEMS and CAP to create case about various issues (like: Issue with routers, Voip). Clip uses webservices to connect to various other services to get and update customer data on day to day basis. Below are few critical functionalities of CLIP application.

Creating custom routing rules Collaborating with other POCs to work on the engagement Re-Queue the engagement to some other Queue. Integration with various external services using webservices.

Synopsis:

Supported multiple applications in CITS (Connected IT Services) following Incident Management and Process Management process. Incident Management Cycle started from incident detection to incident closure .Cisco has classification of application depending on its priority which lies from P1 to P6 Application. Below are the some of the priority applications supported by me:

SCM: Support Case Manager is serviced based application, where all cisco customers who are entitled under a contract can create Service Request.

CKT: Case Kwery tool is used to download/delete files from service request and to handle Service request.

Responsibilities:

Finding the Root cause for any issue related to application like, files/note not visible, Creation and updation of Service request, integration with other services like CSC, CSOne.

Every week updating the status for open and closed issues (For any clarification). Single point of contact for both customer and developer. The major part of my team included Constant Analysis, System Monitoring, and

Responding to customer queries and also to Critical/Server business problems. Doing appropriate escalation based on criticality and feasibility. Communicate with business regarding impact of issues and estimated time until
