Project OverviewSoma Towers retail market, designed by Graham Baba Architects, is an active, open marketplace de-signed for today’s urban dweller. Small retail stalls spill out into public spaces, bringing people together and creating a vibrant energy and sense of com-munity. With cutting edge architecture and Building design by Bohlin Cywinski Jackson Architects, this exciting project is intended to be a catalyst for the community in downtown Bellevue.

Phase 1 is a 21-story tower comprised of 148 apartments, 10,000 square feet of retail/restaurant space, and 60 retail parking stalls. Once Phase 2 is complete, the project will include approximately 25,000 square feet of retail/restaurant space, 272 apartment units and 100-120 retail parking stalls.
