Ingrediente

4 eggs

150 g sugar (powder)

Unsweetened condensed milk 100ml

50 ml of oil

200 g flour

1 teaspoon baking powder

lemon peel

75 g dark chocolate

Simple Method Cake with condensed milk:

Mix eggs with a pinch of salt to whiten and triples the size. Add sugar and mix continued until creamy composition. Continuous Mixing oil and condensed milk is added, and finally flour mixed with baking powder.

Divide the mixture into two parts, one of which will incorporate the grated chocolate and rum to taste. White composition flavor taste with remaining lemon zest.

In tray lined with baking paper cake poured white uniform composition, and above it the chocolate. Dam tray in the oven at medium heat until cake passes toothpick test and is firm to the touch.

Remove the cake on a rack, complete with baking paper. Once cooled partitioned.
