Single Head Mounting Instructions Included in Horizontal kit:

Horizontal Installation – Easy as 1-2-3

1) The Diamonz Head’s Fan plate (Pic A) is designed with a slotted section that the Flex Bracket (Pic B) attached to with the ¼” nut. 2) The Flex Bracket is sent straight and is bent in the field by placing thumbs on each “Bend Point” and bending to 90 degrees as seen in

the same pic. Either attach the Diamonz head to the Flex Bracket or attach the Flex Bracket to the mogul base. 3) The Flex Bracket is secured to the mogul base with hose clamp. The Flex Bracket is designed with snap off section so that it can be

shortened for better flexibility in centering the head. Vertical Installation

Bend Points

1) The Y-‐Bracket is attached to the sides of the Diamonz Head using the 1/4"-‐20 Thread, 1/2" length screws on the side of the unit.

2) The Flex Bracket is sent straight and is bent in the field by placing thumbs on each “Bend Point” and bending to 90 degrees as seen in the same pic. Either attach the Diamonz head to the Flex Bracket or attach the Flex Bracket to the mogul base.

3) The Flex Bracket is secured to the mogul base with hose clamp. The Flex Bracket is designed with snap off section so that it can be shortened for better flexibility in centering the head.

screw ports with screws or with 3M HVB tape provided. 2. The Diamonz Head’s center Bracket (Pic D) is designed with a

slotted section that the Flex Bracket (Pic B) attached to with the ¼” nut.

2) The Flex Bracket is delivered straight and is bent in the field by placing thumbs on each side of the “Bend Point” (Pic B) and bending to 90 degrees as seen in the same pic. Either attach the Diamonz head to the Flex Bracket or attach the Flex Bracket to the mogul base/

3) The Flex Bracket is secured to the mogul base (Pic C) with hose clamp. The Flex Bracket is designed with snap off section so that it can be shortened for better flexibility in centering the head. (Pic B)

4) Support cables are screwed into the sides (Pic X). The 3M HVB tape that are attached to the tabs is peeled back and then attached the interior sides of the fixture.

1st Generation Diamonz Retrofit Kit Mounting

As you can see, this is a much easier assembly and the design provides greater flexibility to position the head for maximum light output! The fan plate offers two slots so the head can be moved up or down, if needed. Introducing…The Flex Mount™ System

With the newly designed fan plate, just attach the Flex Mount™ bracket with a single nut. Then, using a hose clamp secure around the mogul base. Done! The Flex Mount bracket is designed with snap off sections for better centering in the fixture. This provides a much more secure, solid installation than screwing into the mogul base.




Vertical Installation Uses a Y-bracket like in the 1st Generation Diamonz product that attaches directly to the side of the fan plate. No more L-brackets!
