• Examiner les tendances récentes et faire des projections avec le scenario tendanciel par rapport a la croissance et a la réduction de la pauvreté;
• Comparer les tendances avec les objectifs ciblés par l’ECOWAP/PDDAA agenda et l’OMD1
• Mesurer les perspectives de l’atteinte de ces objectifs et analyser les implications pour les stratégies futures de croissance du secteur et de réduction de la pauvreté ;
• Estimer les besoins de financement dans le long terme en vue d’accélérer la croissance agricole pour atteindre l’OMD1.
