RobLog
RobLog (Robotic Logistics) is a European Union robotics projectthat was created to develop a cognitive and autonomous robot tounload a variety of goods of different weights and shapes fromchaotically packed environments.
I created and handled all marketing & PR for the project as well as the controlling.

* Newsletters
- Created and wrote newsletters to keep all interested parties informedabout the project. Interesting topics were featured with the goals being togenerate more interest to subscribers and shares.
- The reach extended to 196 contacts housed in a CRM database.
- When applicable, videos were created and links to the YouTubechannel were embedded in the text.
- The newsletters were sent via an email marketing program (Clever Reach) for ease of use and better tracking measures: - 35% Ave. opening rate- 18% click-thru rate to posted videos on YouTube

7.5 RobLog Participation in Targeted Fairs* Organization of on-site booths at the LogiMAT 2012 and CeMAT 2014 fairs
- The RobLog footpirnt at the CeMAT trade show was included in a logistics flow setup, to giveattendees a better visual for how RobLog could be included into a working space.
- The RobLog Industrial Demonstrator was onsite, moving in a looped sequence before asample continer filled with coffee sacks.
- Information about the the RobLog Advanced Demonstrator was available via an interactivetouchscreen monitor
- Over 75 contacts were added to the RobLog CRM database

Financial Controlling
• Controller for Reutlingen University’s overall operating RobLog project budget(1,200,000.00 €)
• Coordinate the preparation of overall annual RobLog project operating budget(5,500,00.00 €)
• Manage cash flow and payment calendar
• Monitor budget and coordinate data collection for cost analysis.
• Provide oversight and direction to constituents regarding: - research support activities including the appropriateness of expenditures, - contract or grant requirements, - changes in policies and procedures
