COMPOSICIÓN DEL PRODUCTO

Larson® es un producto para la ejecución de fachadas arquitectónicas ventiladas, formado por dos láminas de aluminio de aleación marina 5005, unidas por un núcleo de resinas termoplásticas (PE) o mineral (FR). El lacado de la cara vista se realiza en calidad PVdF Bicapa 70% kynar 500 con Primer Coastal de 31 micras de espesor total, y la cara interior se suministra protegida con un primer que multiplica la vida útil del panel.

El avanzado proceso de fabricación, muy por encima de las normas internacionales, permite garantizar la no deslaminación del panel, ofreciendo además una extraordinaria capacidad para el mecanizado, perforado, plegado y curvado.

A la seguridad de elegir un gran producto, diseñado para resistir los ambientes más agresivos, se une la más amplia gama de acabados del mercado con colores sólidos, metalizados, texturados, maderas, tornasolados, rales, imitaciones, espejos, anti-graffi tis…

PRODUCT COMPOSITION

Larson® is a product for the implementation of architectural ventilated facades formed by two sheets of 5005 aluminum marine alloy linked by a core of thermoplastic resins (PE) or mineral (FR). The coating of the visible side is made of a PVdF 70% Kynar 500 Bilayer primer Coastal of total thickness 31 microns, and the inner face is provided with a protected primer which increases the life of the panel.

The advanced manufacturing process, well above international standards, can guarantee no delamination of the panel, also offering a remarkable capacity for machining, punching, folding and bending.

To the security of choosing a great product, designed to withstand the most aggressive environments, binds the widest range of fi nishes on the market with solid, metallic colors, textured, timber, iridescent, RAL, imitations, mirrors, anti-graffi ti...

NUEVO PVdF 2Capas Primer® Coastal by Alucoil

Primer COASTAL® consiste en un Primer especial para ambientes agresivos que otorga un espesor total de pintura de 31 micras y se aplica en combinación con un 70% PVdF Kynar 500. Fijada además sobre una aleación marina como la 5005-H22, multiplica la vida útil del panel.

Protege especialmente bordes y puntos de plegado, los más delicados en entornos marinos. Permite dar una garantía por encima de 10 años para proyectos en primera línea de costa, eliminando la posibilidad de ampollamiento o deslaminación de la pintura en ambientes marinos, sin necesidad de recurrir a un PVdF Tricapa.

NEW PVdF 2Layers Coastal Primer® by Alucoil COASTAL® Primer is a special primer treatment for aggressive environments of a total thickness of 31 microns applied in combination with a PVdF Kynar 500 70%. All together applied over a 5005 H-22 marine aluminium alloy which enlarges the lifespan of the panel.

It protects specially the edges and folding points, the most delicate in marine environments. COASTAL® Primer can give the panel a warranty over 10 years in projects located on the seaside, avoiding blistering or paint delamination in marine environments without having to use a 3 layer PVdF.

Larson FR, con Clasifi cación al fuego B-s1,d0 gracias a su núcleo mineral, se adapta a las máximas exigencias de seguridad contra el fuego que marca el Código Técnico de Edifi cación en caso de incendio para revestimientos y envolventes de fachadas en sus diferentes sistemas de montaje.

GRUPO ALUMISAN es el único distribuidor nacional con todo su stock de paneles con núcleo FR, con lo que puede tener la seguridad de que su proyecto cumplirá CTE en todos los supuestos.
