SERVICE: Mitsui Seiki will provide qualified after installation service to customer with the following response time commitment:*Telephone service response within 3 hours of receipt of
request for service during normal working hours (8:30 AM ~5:30 PM Eastern or Pacific Time)
*Qualified Mitsui Seiki Service Engineer will be enroute to customer site within 24 hours of Mitsui Seiki & Customer mutual determination that On Site Service is required (following telephone service call)
*Any parts required wil be shipped by fastest route possible after determinationof actual parts needed (usually via overnight courier)(Mitsui Seiki maintains an extensive parts inventory in North America)
