4. ELIGIBILITY OF BOXER AND AGE CLASSIFICATION
Age classification: Men: Boxers between the ages of 18 and 40 will be eligible to compete (born between December.31.1998 to January.01.1976)
Women: Boxers between the ages of 18 and 40 will be eligible to compete (born between December.31.1998 to January.01.1976)
Weight classification: Men 8 weight categories: 46-49kg, 52kg, 56kg, 60kg, 64kg, 69kg, 75kg, and 81kg, Women 4 weight categories:51kg,54kg,60kg and 69kg
5. COMPOSITION OF OFFICIAL DELEGATION
Each Team Delegation can have the following number of officials: 1–5 Boxers: 2 coaches + 1 medical +1 R/J + 1 official
5–10 Boxers: 3 coaches + 1 medical + 1 R/J + 1 official
6. NUMBER OF ROUNDS
Men boxer: Three (3) rounds of three (3) minutes, one (1) minute rest between rounds. Women boxer: Four (4) rounds of two (2) minutes, one (1) round between rounds.
7. SCORING SYSTEM AIBA scoring system -10 point must scoring system will be used.
8. REFEREES AND JUDGES R&J are sent by National Federations. For the fair play and successful competition, it is highly recommended to NFs to bring their AIBA R&J – 1, 2 or 3 Stars.

9. REGISTRATION FORMS Please filled the all attached forms, print and send them all back to the Organizing Committee, signed by the National Federation’s President or Secretary General till:a. For Preliminary Entry Registration: Send scanned preliminary registration forms by e-mail until February.25.2016 to [email protected] b. For Final Entry Registration: Send scanned final registration forms by e-mail until March.25.2016 to [email protected]. For Travel Details: Send scanned the travel details form by e-mail until March.25.2016 to [email protected]
10. AWARD PRIZE Total prize fund of competition 60.000$, Gold Medal-2000$, Silver Medal-1000$, Bronze Medal-500$, Coach of Gold medal-500$. Gold medal of team 3000$, Silver medal of team 2000$, Bronze medal of team 1000$
11. REQUIREMENTS a) All Boxers must bring along with them:•AIBA Record book with annual medicals duly completed and updated• Current and valid Passportb) Each Team Delegation must bring the following:• National flag 1x1.5 m• National anthem (on MP3 or CD)c) Boxer’s Uniform:Each boxer must bring two sets of uniform.The colors of these two sets of uniform must be in accordance with AIBA Technical and Competition Rules.
12. TRANSPORTATION All the delegates will be welcomed at Ulaanbaatar Airport by the staff of the organizing Committee to be transported to the Hotel. The Organizing Committee will provide local transportation to all participants between the airport and the hotel and the competition venue free of charge. Each National Federation will organize and pay for the travel arrangements for their athletes and officials from their country to Ulaanbaatar airport and from Ulaanbaatar airport to their country.
13. ACCOMMODATION a) Room rates for team delegations are as follows:
For double occupancy 2 persons per room-twin beds
USD 80 per person, per day including 3 meals
For single occupancy 1 person per room USD 120 per person, per day including 3 meals

The room rates are provided for the tournament period only and apply from April 25th to May 2nd. 2015.
b) Payment of hotel room charges:All team delegations must pay the full room charges for the entire tournament period in CASH (in US Dollar) upon arrival.

All team should have checked out by 12:00 on May 2nd 2016
14. INSURANCE
All participants are requested to get their own travel and medical insurance.
15. VISA
Those countries that need entry visas for Mongolia must send us:
list with the names of participants, birth dates the passport numbers Copies of passport
Those countries, who need entry visa to Mongolia should contact Mongolian embassy in your country or neighboring countries. Also we kindly ask you to send to Mongolian Boxing Federation full list of delegation. We kindly ask you to send us requests for visa assistance not later than March 1st 2016.
