Criteria

As a minimum all nominees must address the following 2 criteria:

• The employee embraces the values of integrity, respect and trust in all their work related behaviours

• The employee has contributed to and achieved the requisite activities associated with their role

Criteria:

Work place performance that demonstrates each of the following elements:

• Achieves a strategic objective through a site coordinated effort• Achieves a strategic goal following the education and development of

team members• Achieves a 10% improvement to their EBITA target

Service Awards (staff information only) • 5 Years – Personal note from the Chief Executive• 10 Years – Congratulatory letter from the Chief Executive• 15 Years – Silver badge and certificate• 20 Years – Congratulatory letter from the Chief Executive• 25 Years – Gold badge, certificate, watch or jewellery (presented at the Graduation Ceremony)• 30 Years – Lifetime service certificate and badge
