Official rules of the Zermat Multibonus of your Dreams• Valid starting October 2015.• Applicable to new and existent Zermat leaders to include: Zermat Leader, Supervisor, Master and Elite.• To be eligible you must have closed October 2015 with a Zermat Leader designation.• The goal of each leader will be determined by his/her accumulated productivity from the commissionable organization (purchases completed by his/her organization).• The required base includes one (1) quarter’s productivity.• The goal is calculated over the productivity base on each leader completed during the same quarter of the previous year plus an additional 10%.• In the case a leader has not obtained a leadership designation during October 2015, the goal will be calculated according to the productivity achieved among the three (3) consecutive months from the time the minimum leader level has been designated.• In the case a minimum leadership designation has not been obtained within the 3 months before October 2015, it will be necessary to wait 3 months to become eligible to participate.• The maximum time allowed to receive this bonus for each category is 1 year.• To continue receiving the Multi Bonus of Your Dreams after the first year it is necessary to ascend the category from where you started.
