Key Accomplishments:
Leadership and Management Managed the construction documentation of Google offices in Tokyo and Singapore. Both
are TI projects involving coordination with the designer, the interior designer, AV consultants and the local architects. Produced 3d studies, hand sketches and worked out custom detailing of specific Google requirements
In charge of interiors for the Monkey King Theme Park, comprising 12 restaurant and retail outlets. Duties included coordination with Tech and Facility Architect, designing themed areas and layout while meeting area and seat count requirements.
In charge of construction documentation of the headquarters of MGA Entertainment. The project involved the conversion of an LA Times printing plant into a $100 million office complex for MGA Entertainment. Duties included MEP and structural coordination, detailing and checking.
Supervised the Wathen Education Center, a 50,000 s.f. aviation high school with the principal, project architect, consultants and client. Work included detailing, checking, code review with DSA, and coordination with MEP consultants and client. Delivered project on time and under budget
Managed the construction documentation of the Freddie Mac office in Los Angeles, a TI project encompassing 12,300 sf. Work included space planning, detailing and coordinating with the project manager and interior designer.
Communication and Team Building In charge of construction documentation of the Warner Brothers Family Entertainment
Center in Macao, China; an indoor theme park comprising a cinema, a dark ride, a race track, numerous rides, and function rooms.
Assisted in the design and construction documentation of a $45 million office/condominium adaptive reuse in downtown Los Angeles. Work was finished on time and on budget. Team of six garnered the “Employees of the Month” award.
Collaborated in the design, construction documentation and construction administration of an $11 million 20,000 sf. residence in Southport, CT. Included extensive detailing, freehand rendering and coordination with consultants and clients through phone calls, emails and meetings. The house was featured in the December 2010 issue of Architectural Digest.

BATANGAS HOUSEPersonal Project (2013)
Designed for a coastal location in the Philippines, this cast-in-place concrete house frames indoor and outdoor spaces with shifting planes of stone and Corten steel allowing views of the sky and the beach beyond. The main feature of the house is the living / dining / kitchen area which opens to the pool and the coastline with a trio of retractable sliding doors.

This is an adaptive re-use of a former printing plant of the Los Angeles Times into the headquarters for MGA Entertainment. While working for Epstein, Mr. Endriga was in charge of construction documentation in coordination with the project manager and the design architects.

This is a proposal for the conversion of an existing tower downtown into a mixed use development, with offices in the first six stories and residential condominiums above. Mr. Endriga assisted in site measurements, design and construction documentation as part of a 5-person team that garnered the “employees of the month” award for completing the construction documents on time and on budget.

This aviation high school is designed around the concept of small learning communities that fosters a sense of community. As a job captain for A4E, Mr. Endriga supervised design and construction documentation of the design team in coordination with the principal, project architect, con-sultants and the client. The drawings were completed on time and under budget.

Located in a site overlooking the Long Island Sound, this private residence incorporated custom lighting, intricate millwork and exquisite detail-ing. As a designer in CS Architecture, Mr. Endriga collaborated in the design, construction documentation and construction administration with the principal, project architect, interior designer and the clients. The house was featured in the December 2010 issue of Architectural Digest.
