Kindly note that the Company has intimated in advance to BSE on 17-04-2017 that it shall submit
audited financials for the year ended 31-03-2017 within 60 days from the end of the financial year and
the Company will make necessary arrangements for the publication of annual audited financials for the
year ended 31-03-2017 in the newspaper. The financials are duly approved by the Board of Directors
in the Board Meeting held on 20-05-2017 which ended at 5 p.m. The XBRL format of the financials will
be filled on 22nd May, 2017 being 21st May,2017 a non-working day (Sunday).
