Trinidadian native Wilfred Mark was a principal dancer with the Repertory Dance Theatre of Trinidad and Tobago for eleven years, and has taught Caribbean Dance on the faculties of San Francisco State, Sonoma State, and Stanford Universities.

Percussionist and tour leader Robert Wallace has travelled to Trinidad five times, studying drums, dance and steel pan. He has performed in three National Panorama Championships in Trinidad with the Starlift Steel Orchestra. (1997, 1999 and 2001, played six-bass pans.)
