EDUCATIONAL STIPEND APPLICATION

Policy Educational stipends are awarded on an as needed basis, one per year per member. Funding for the stipends is deducted from the proceeds of the annual Spring Seminar. Stipends may be awarded for any oncology educational program. A member receiving the stipend must be willing, if asked, to share content of their educational opportunity with the membership. The Board, at their bi-monthly meetings, will review applications. The maximum amount a recipient may receive per year is two hundred and fifty dollars ($250.00).
