RIALTI is a private Italian company, specialized in manufacturing and trading POLYPROPYLENE COMPOUNDS.

Since more than 30 years we have been developing and improving our know-how and technologies, in order to produce PP compounds more and more technologically performant and constant in quality, both in FIRST CHOICE and in INDUSTRIAL QUALITY, using selected industrial scraps, mainly of textile origin.

Company Profile

RIALTI S.p.A. has got a new industrial area in Taino city (just 28 km far Milan Malpensa international airport), which was bought in 2007. A consistent increase of the covered operational surface and the acquisition of further buildings in the surroundings allowed us to improve stock management and logistic flows (ex. new covered stock area). Every investment is conceived in order to improve our products’ quality and make us more and more competitive in the high quality recycled PP market and in the market of high performant first choice products

Laboratory and quality control

Quality assurance is applied through monitoring at continuous

cycle of all main phases of the production process, from

qualification of raw materials to control during production

process until the final tests on the homogenized finished

product. A crucial part of our Technicians’ activity is dedicated

to R&D projects.

Our LABORATORY vouches for the QUALITATIVE requirements

defined with our customers.

For all laboratory activities we use main static techniques as

the elaboration of process data with SPC methods (statistical

process control), or FMEA analysis (failure mode effect

analysis) in planning CONTROL.

Mixing and Drying silos
