FACILITIES

Richman Technocrats has the reputation of a proven source for the most difficult and large heavy steel fabricated projects. We have the lifting capabilities, inside and outside workshop to handle over-sized and specialty projects. We are fully equipped to fabricate any equipment up to 75 metric ton from materials such as Carbon Steel, Alloy Steel and Stainless Steel. From Flame / Plasma cutting, welding to forming, plate rolling, machining, painting and finishing our full line capability ensure that your fabrication is constructed and completed to your requirements.

Pug cutting machines – up to 150 mm thickness Bending Machine:

• 4 Nos. of Machines capable of bending up to 3 mtrs width and 50 mm thickness.

Pipe Bending Machine

• 4 Nos. of Machines capable of bending up to 4 NB Pipes. Angle Bending Machine:

• Capable of bending 150 mm X 16 mm angle for flanges

MANUFACTURING FACILITIES Hydraulic Press

• One Hydraulic Press 500 Ton Capacity • 100 Ton Vertical press – Capable of removing long shaft and

rotor • 100 ton Horizontal press – Capable of making Dish end up to

20mm thickness.
