Developing Menswear Knits/Jersey/Wovens seasonal ranges (150 Summer items/200 Winter items) working directly with two menswear buyers.

Murphy, Sony Music, PlayStation 2. Other tasks included liaising with clients for all in-house presentations,

organisation of product launches, and quality control of all in-house production of television, radio and print advertisements.

Rick reported to myself when I was acting Design Team Leader for Menswear apparel.

I confirm that Rick Graven was employed as the Menswear knit/jersey designer with Kmart from 2012 to July 2015

His job of Menswear Knit/Jersey designer carried the following responsibilities: Apparel trend forecasting, setting up colour palette for the season, range building/ mapping out flow, tech pack development, briefing to pattern technicians, graphic art work and final production set up, account management on daily basis and manage work load.

Rick is skilled in the ability to identify key trends and translate/create ranges which are commercially appealing to the broader market. Rick is also reliable, a good communicator, open and honest, hard working and a great team player.
