Supporting Onshore and Offshore material Operations.

Responsible for the safe storage and issuing of offshore drilling materials.

Managing the issuing, identification and manifesting of all drilling materials to both the offshore and onshore installations.

To ensure the safe storage, custody and stock transparency of all material held on the platform/asset.

Managing warehouse Inventory and adhoc materials.

Ensure platform/asset min/max stock levels and re order points are correct and replenishment routines are run on a regular basis.

Issuing and the manifesting of materials.

Responsible for the control of Offshore Rigging loft materials.

Maintaining good communications with offsite vendors/TVM companies.

Documenting/packaging dangerous goods for safe transport by air, sea and road including Class 7 – Radioactive materials.

Ensuring all materials are stored correctly and audited on a regular basis.

Working within the onshore and offshore environments to coordinate the movement of materials by land, sea and air in Britain and abroad.

Build an excellent working relationship with all those involved in the operations supply chain to help drive a standardised approach to materials management across the asset.

Work with logistics/onshore materials teams on a daily basis to ensure materials are consolidated efficiently for backload.

Achievements:

2012 - 2015 - Controlled all materials required for platform TARS (Slowdowns) with regards to Procurement, Expediting, and the issuing of stock and the hiring and return of plant equipment.

2013 - 2015 - Implemented the identification of offshore materials with regards to safety critical, high turnover and long lead time items to ensure the platform is covered in the event of unplanned breakdowns.

2013 - 2014 - Implemented the identification of offshore materials requiring min/max stock levels and added this detail to all relevant stock inventories.
