Dr. Rick Warren is a highly seasoned business executive and corporate trouble shooter with a passion for building high performance teams; product strategy and development;

transforming under-performing businesses; commercializing product development and raising the necessary capital to facilitate such commercialization; managing

acquisitions; and, growing leadership. Prior to the founding of Warren Global Corp, he ran the management services practice of PriceWaterhouseCoopers (PWC) out of its Denver, Colorado practice office, reporting directly to PWC’s Managing Partner. He is a seasoned senior Executive in numerous Accounting, Finance, Tax, Audit and

Corporate Compliance initiatives. In his 25+ year career, he has served in a wide variety of interim CXO roles, which have included both interim and long-term CEO, CFO,

COO, VP Corporate Controller, Director of Accounting, Finance, Tax, Audit and/or Corporate Compliance assignments. The industry settings have included commercializing a wide range of renewable energy initiatives (wind turbines, solar panels, bio fuels, consumer products), media, property management, manufacturing, telecommunications,

retail, hospitality, distribution and financial services. Dr. Warren and his company accept engagements throughout the US, Latin America, Europe, the Middle East, and the

Pacific Rim. He has twenty-five 25+ years of experience in numerous Accounting, Finance, Tax, Audit and Corporate Compliance initiatives. This includes his service in numerous CXO roles: a multitude of interim and long-term CEO, CFO, COO, VP Corporate Controller, Director of Accounting, Finance, Tax, Audit and/or Corporate

Compliance assignments. The industry settings have included consumer products, media, property management, manufacturing, telecommunications, entertainment, retail,

hospitality, distribution and financial services.

He is a recognized world-wide authority in Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) (successfully completed 1,700 Sarbanes Oxley Section 404 internal control audits), and more recently

other corporate compliance initiatives pursuant to the December, 2008 SEC mandated use of XBRL (Extensible Business Reporting Language). This includes intimate knowledge and proficiencies in migrating clients from a wide variety of GAAPs to IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards). He has transitioned numerous

offshore clients from a variety of GAAPs to IFRS, has trained hundreds of staff (his and client staff) in said initiatives, and has trained client staff in the use of Warren Global’s Millennium software which automatically produces and files GAAP and/or IFRS prepared financials while trimming overhead via new accounting supply chain

efficiencies. He has lectured extensively on such subject matter and has taught the same at the MBA level at several Twin Cities colleges and universities, including Boston

University which adopted all of Warren Global’s intellectual property into its Corporate Education curricula. Dr. Warren’s competencies consist of:

Before founding Warren Global, Dr. Warren ran the management services practice of PriceWaterhouseCoopers (PWC) out of its Denver, Colorado practice office. As

Director of this management services practice, he reported directly to PWC’s Managing Partner in the New York office. In less than three (3) years, he turned a US domestic

practice into a global one, ramping up revenue of this practice office from less than $600,000 annually to over $15 million annually- this quickly elevated PWC-Denver as a top revenue producer of the firm. In 1992, Dr. Warren left PWC and founded Warren Global.

EDUCATION

In 1992, he graduated magna cum laude from the University of Denver with an Executive MBA in Corporate Finance, left PWC, founded Warren Global Corp, and began his doctorate studies also at the University of Denver, graduating there from in 1994 with a PhD in Economics.
