Re:Violations of Management Order-Request for Hearing

Dear Judge Hazel:

I am writing to request a quick hearing on violations of Judge Grimm's ManagementOrder prohibiting the Defendants from engaging in "impertinent, scandalous and adhominem attacks on any party, any Judge, or employee of this or any court, or anyother person." As noted in yesterday's request for permission to file a PreliminaryInjunction, I raised the issue of harm to my family and me from continued attacks bythe Defendants.

Within hours of filing that document, Defendant Walker responded by tweeting alink to a video on YouTube that he was involved with creating that called me amurderer and pedophile all set to music with little girls in a bathtub etc.https:l/twitter,com/WarajOtoko42/statys/491607389666557953 See attachedtweet. The video has my photo superimposed on what is commonly known as aPedoBear outfit and Defendant Walker tweeted that I am less than honest and "intoteenage poon ....•.The video also includes a photo of William Schmalfeldt in aPedoBear oufit. Mr. Schmalfeldt is a journalist who has a case pending before JudgeHollander against Defendant Hoge for defamation.

Defendant Walker also tweeted, "BREAKING:Brett Kimberlin forges anotherdocument," which links to a blog post by Defendant William Hoge which falselyaccused me of forgery. Mr.Walker then posted an article on his blog, which falselystates that I forged a document filed in a copyright case pending before Judge Titus,Kimberlin v. Thomas, eta!. 8-13 CV02580 RWT.http://allergic2bull.blogspot.com /2014 107lin-convicted-document-forger-bretthtml#more Defendant Walker links to a blog post by Defendant Hoge that alsostates falsely that I filed a forged document and that I committed perjury.http://hogewash.com 12014 107121Iteam-kimberlin-post -of-the-day-508 I Theybase these false allegations on a pleading I filed in the copyright case where I posteda copy of a envelopes I sent to the two defendants, Lynn Thomas and Peter Malone,which were returned unclaimed. These Defendants, as well as Walker and Hogefalsely claim that I did not check the restricted delivery box prior to sending theenvelopes. This is an outright falsehood. Fortunately, because of the Defendants'many false allegations against me, I took photos of the envelopes prior to sendingthem and they clearly show the restricted box checked, and I have provided those toJudge Titus concurrently with this filing.

Judge Grimm was faced with t!:listype of malicious conduct months ago by theDefendants and that is why he issued the Management Order and clearly told theDefendants not to engage in these types of attacks against me or anyone else.Unfortunately, Defendants Walker and Hoge have not simply continued their attacksbut have actually increased them in order to inflict maximum harm on my familyand me, to try their case in blog court and to potentially poison a jury pool.

Incredibly, despite my entreaties, none of the other attorneys for the representedDefendants have done anything to reign in the conduct of Walker, Hoge and someothers. They must know that such conduct does not help their clients but theyremain silent because it causes me greater harm and harassment

Defendants Walker and Hoge have repeatedly, blatantly and maliciously violatedJudge Grimm's Management Order. To make matters worse, Defendant Walker is amember of the Virginia and DCbars. Therefore, his violation of a court orderwarrants very severe action including a referral to the bar.

Please set a quick hearing on is request and order the presence of DefendantsWalker and ge.
