The RICOH Unified Communication System is the optimum platform enabling real time interactive audio and video transmission and multipoint transmission. With a platform set up in the cloud and service provided via the Internet, this is an unprecedented communication system. For use by small groups, the RICOH Unified Communication System P3000 is also portable, and, for example, can enable people at factories and customer sites to participate in conferences between headquarters and branches without having to worry about spcialist facilities.

Intuitive operation is possible.

You can start the communication by just logging into the application and selecting from the list the people you want to connect to. Unlike conventional web conferencing systems, it is not necessary to carry out time consuming tasks such as defining the meeting in advance and sending out invitations to participants.

Just log in… and select the other people from the list.

Resolution and frame rate are automatically controlled based on network load status. Since the video does not freeze or cut out during the meeting, smooth, stress-free communication is possible.

Legacy conference system Ricoh Unified Communication System

The ability to connect a large number of sites as a standard feature was made possible through the adoption of the H.264/SVC video coding standard. Connection of up to 20 sites is possible. In addition, using simple operations it is possible to do personal computer screen sharing* with other sites. You can share and view the same screen during the meeting, so efficient and smooth communication is possible.
