3. Balance support and freedom of movement. The Grande shell supports the spine, while the cover and foam cushion insert cradles the scapulae in tilt, but is flexible enough to help improve arm function, even hooking (right), when upright.

Other back supports are flat from top to bottom making accurate fit virtually impossible.
