The past three months have seen a lot of activity around the topic of GDPR; this is leading to healthy conversations around security, management of data and good governance. We are helping many companies already, but if you need any help, please get in touch.
We have also launched our e-commerce business which is covered in more detail below. Getting this to be buyer-friendly and easy to use has been the biggest challenge and we hope our efforts are well received by the market. We aim to use this service for more and more clients as it offers a number of benefits for all parties.
With Brexit remaining a topical issue for many companies, being in great business shape and seeking areas to improve, are all good habits and we are here to help any organisation looking to enhance their position with good people, knowledge and technology.
Finally, we are listening to customer feedback and seeking to improve, so if you have great stories about our efforts, or suggestions for improvement, please let us know and send your comments to [email protected]

As you will no doubt be aware, the General Data Protection Regulation
(GDPR) comes into force on 25th May 2018. Andy Boylan has recently
completed the GDPR Practitioner Course and was awarded the EU GDPR
Practitioner Certification.
We currently have a range of services we can offer to assist organisations to
achieve and maintain GDPR compliance which include:
One-Day Workshop - This initial workshop, on your premises, will provide
key people in your team with knowledge of the GDPR; it will bring people
together to discuss your systems and develop a plan of action that you can
take forward.
GDPR Documentation Toolkit – This toolkit will give you template policies
and procedures that you can use and adapt for all the key areas that you
need for GDPR compliance and information security. Combined with the
workshop, this will give you a prioritised plan, practical steps and
documents that you can use to achieve compliance. The toolkit can be
purchased online via our managedservices.co.uk website here.
Ongoing Support & Advice – Available either on a per day or per hour
basis.
Training & Accreditations – We can continue to assist you once GDPR
compliance has been achieved, by helping you to get certified in Cyber
Essentials and ISO 27001.
Should you need any security products, we also offer a range of solutions to
help demonstrate and reinforce your commitment to compliance.
