Providers perform the transportation services and invoice their payer for the contracted costs.

Providers wait until the broker releases payments, sometimes on as long as a 60 to 90 day lag time.

RIMMS’ risk is small since payment is for services already performed.

RIMMS in conjunction with Community Transportation Association of America provides driver PASS training to assure the highest level of customer safety and comfort.

Pass is an online training program that allows the drivers to complete the training at their own pace and at the time they have available

There are no dues or memberships to maintain.

Providers have no obligations to continue to use RIMMS’ services.

The method is called the “double lockbox”

Provider creates bank depository account it controls to receive government payments (no co-mingling)

RIMMS creates a depository account that it has control over with the same bank

Provider instructs the bank to sweep funds from the first account to the second account on a daily basis

RIMMS, the Bank and the provider all sign an agreement that the bank will notify RIMMS of any authorization changes

RIMMS sweeps the funds into its own private depository account when any funds arrive.

In this manner, the government and RIMMS are held at arms length and the provider retains control of receipts only until they are received.
