1. It could get busy outside college at many points of the day (morning, breaks, end of college). This could result in too many people crowding in one place.
2. There is a car park
surrounding the signpost. Since it is busy with the cars there is a risk of being hit.
3. If it has been raining, the grass could become slippery and people could fall over.

1. People are told to leave college as soon as they can to avoid large groups building up.
2. There is a zebra crossing on-site so pupils and staff can easily cross.
