• Mr. Chrisol Correia, Director, Global AML, LexisNexis Risk Solutions

Based in London, Mr Correia is responsible for managing and developing international AML and financial crimesolutions, including customer and transaction screening software, WorldCompliance data solutions for third party riskmanagement, as well as international identification verification solutions. Areas of expertise include AML-KYC, real-timetransaction filtering, negative media monitoring and anti-bribery and corruption compliance.

Mr. Correia has over 14 years experience in developing compliance data solutions, primarily for the financial servicessector. He has worked with clients in over 30 countries and is a regular speaker at industry events. He is regularly calledon by the mainstream and financial press, like the South China Morning Post, Regulation Asia, The Straits Times, forcommentary on money laundering, terrorist financing and global sanctions. Recently he appeared in BankingTechnology discussing the effects of adverse media on know your customer compliance.

Educated at the University of Leeds, he received a Bachelor of Arts and then received his Master of Arts from King’sCollege, London.

• Mr. Kevin Chua, Director, Collyer Law LLC

Kevin has over 15 years of experience as a lawyer in both public and private practice. His expertise is in corporate and commercialpractice, with a focus on regulatory and compliance issues. He began his practice as a legal officer with the Singapore Legal Service,serving in the Attorney-General's Chambers and the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA). At ACRA, he was part ofthe team that implemented the 2003 amendments to the Companies Act and other legislation administered by ACRA. He was deputyhead of the then-Compliance Division in ACRA and was later head of the then-Registration Division, where he managed both legal andoperational matters (including customer service). He then practised in the fields of mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures andregulatory advice in Wong Partnership LLP, a Singapore law firm.

As an Assistant General Counsel of the Monetary Authority of Singapore, he advised on a wide spectrum of legal issues with particularemphasis on investment agreements, commercial contracts, and government tenders. Kevin also has extensive practical experience inAML/CFT (Anti-Money Laundering / Countering Financing of Terrorism) matters, having dealt with such matters in the public sector andas an in-house counsel and compliance officer.

Before joining Collyer Law, he was Head of Legal and Compliance at a company service provider where he advised on all legal andcompliance issues relating to company management and corporate secretarial practice.
