Your major responsibilities would be:

• All Operation Center activities and obtaining 24/7 full service capacity • Cost-e�cient organisation and operation of Patrol & Intervention and Technical Intervention teams in accordance with the Law on Private Security and contractual obligations• Managing data and taking appropriate actions in accordance with the Law and company procedures requirements• Cost control and service excellence• Restructuring of the organisational unit - new ROC setup • Standardization and improvement of products• Implementation of IT dispatching platform and organizing dispatch system in accordance with the ROC standards• Drafting operational procedures• Creation of internal SLAs• Implementation of quality controls and delivering improvements

Your pro�le:

• University degree • Minimum three years of experience in the same or similar position• Knowledge of change management• High cost e�ciency awareness• Fluency in English (oral and written)• Computer skills (advanced Oce, Excel, Word, Power Point)• Excellent people-management and organizational skills• Aspiration for self-improvement through modern trends• Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills• Ability to present ideas in business-friendly and user-friendly language• Highly self-motivated, self-directed and attentive to detail• Ability to e�ectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment• Absolutely trustworthy with high standards of personal integrity• Driving licence B category• Licence for risk assessment in protection of persons, property and business will be considered as an advantage
