We are a development ‘one-stop-shop’, providing an integrated and cost-effective service to clients, encompassing land procurement, community development, civil works, roadworks, construction of homes, and the packaging of home and land options for sale and finance.

With projects ranging from straightforward residential land subdivisions to major turn-key community estates, we work in partnership with private clients, property trusts, corporate agencies, government departments, education providers and community organisations.

Accredited by the Real Estate Institute of Australia in both Queensland and South Australia, we provide value to clients through project managing everything from developing and marketing multi-stage, master-planned residential land subdivisions through to small residential projects of just a couple of dwellings.

Major projects

Backed by Rivergum’s experience and reputation for excellence, we are able to work with developers of all sizes. Be it a suburban demolition and rebuild project, an urban infill program or multi-residential development, we specialise in delivering quality solutions in tight timeframes, ensuring returns are maximised as soon as possible.

We specialise in projects ranging in value from $0.5 million up to $50 million and can provide feasibility studies and design and construct capabilities including civil works.

From the development of multiple site proposals and the preparation of quotes and tenders, to obtaining council and development approval, we oversee the entire project, guaranteeing a coordinated and professional approach.

Joint venture developments

The Rivergum Homes Group also works with other developers and partners in establishing joint venture arrangements, providing additional opportunities for commercial and government clients and increasing the accessibility of Rivergum products. Cooperative partnerships, whereby another developer or vendor provides land and we oversee the development, construction of homes, planning and sales service, may also be negotiated.

We can also manage investment syndications and attract third-party equity for medium-sized projects, offering procurement, project management and sales support. ■

Adelaide Timber and Building Supplies Adelaide Timber and Building Supplies (ATBS) is a major timber and building materials supplier to industry leaders across metropolitan and regional South Australia. We supply product for both the housing and commercial building industries, from large project builders to owner builders.

As part of the Rivergum Homes Group, ATBS provides a direct supply of timber and composite products and general building supplies to our South Australian operations, thereby providing cost efficiencies, reducing delays and increasing productivity. ■
