The Opportunity
The Landlord, Alduwaliya (a major London landlord) is about to embark on a major refurbishment program to improve the upper floors of Riverside House.
The floors will be designed by renowned architects Gensler to a CAT A finish with the aim to provide exposed ceilings and columns to provide occupiers with an edgy and creative environment. The views are and will be absolutely stunning.
The refurbishment will also include a significant upgrade to the two office receptions (The main one on Southwark Bridge Road and a secondary one on Bankside) as well as the ground floor cycle and changing room areas. The office floors are also being extended and large terraces (up to 3,000 sq ft) are being created.
The works are due to commence in Q1/2 2019 with completion planned for Q3 2020.
The development will deliver approximately 80,000 sq ft of refurbished NIA office space over the upper floors of the building – 5th floor to 10th floor inclusive, with upper floor plates ranging from 5,000 – 17,000 sq ft.
